She works with client teams to customize deployment plans, optimize business processes, and manage performance with scorecards. Colleen's dynamic approach to learning allows her to utilize examples from her broad experience with industries such as energy, banking, hospitality, healthcare and manufacturing. Qualifications
Colleen holds a B.S. in industrial engineering from Bradley University and an M.B.A. from Loyola University of Chicago, where her thesis contributed to a study on service guarantees conducted jointly with the Harvard Business School. She has been a speaker at the Rocky Mountain Quality Conference and GE Nuclear's Annual Quality Conference. She is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt with American Society for Quality and lives in Boulder, Colorado.
