Jef has been providing training and consulting services in manufacturing, communication, computer systems, marketing and financial services for over 20 years. His primary expertise lies in performance improvement in the administrative, product development and manufacturing environments.



Qualifications

Jef was the Lead Instructor for two Ford Motor Company Six Sigma programs; Six Sigma Leadership and Six Sigma Train-the-Trainer for Black Belts and Master Black Belts. He also delivered classes for Motorola University in Basic Statistics and Design of Experiments as well an Applied Statistics class for Urban Science (a marketing company).

Prior to becoming a full-time consultant and trainer, Jef spent four years with RWD Technologies where he was Chief Engineer and Director of Manufacturing Services. Jef has also worked for the National Center for Manufacturing Sciences (R&D), where he was the Manager of Technology Transfer, and for Chrysler Corporation as the Supervisor of Manufacturing Training.

Jef holds B.S. and M.S. degrees from CMU. He is a certified Manufacturing Engineer (SME) and a Certified Reliability Engineer (ASQ), and has written and presented many papers on training and automation at international conferences.
