Select Project Experience:

Turned around a small manufacturing company's $750k loss to a $200k profit in the first year with a doubling of output. Doubled output to $10m in second year with continued profit growth and introduction of a major new product family.

Implemented multi project resource management software (Microsoft Project Central) for a company's $50m technology development budget. Oversaw introduction of a structured Product Development Management Process and simplified planning and budgeting systems.

Led a multi-year outsourcing and joint development program for Baker Hughes' Houston Technology Center. Divested $25m (turnover) of non-core manufacturing and placed $12m (25%) of new product development under external contract.

Designed and implemented a global business management system for $400m oil field service company with results based executive level planning using a Balanced Scorecard and customer focused operations founded on ISO 9000 quality systems. Achieving never before realized consistency of service delivery and product, ISO 9001 certification of the R&D and Manufacturing systems and ISO 9002 certification of the 12 largest operating bases around the world.

Earned multiple promotions up to General Manager of Malaysia, Brunei & Thailand during an 18 year business development and operational management career with Western Atlas in international assignments throughout the Eastern Hemisphere.
