Champions Workshop (2-Day)

This workshop engages leadership in the role of Continuous Improvement within the organization, educates them on how to choose good projects and helps them understand their role in supporting Improvement Team Leaders. The workshop begins with leadership interviews and a Team Performance Assessment. This allows key customization of the workshop to focus on organizational metrics and how the continuous improvement initiative can address those metrics. This highly interactive workshop gives participants an overview of Lean Six Sigma, and helps to ensure that Continuous Improvement becomes ingrained in the way the organization conducts business.
