Green Belt Lean Six Sigma Workshop (2-week)

This hands-on Green Belt workshop is divided into two segments; in the first week, Green Belts define their projects and begin to outline the goals, process, measures to focus on. A one month break allows them to collect data, analyze their process and speak to stakeholders. When they return for the second week of training, there is an review and an interactive assessment of progress on their projects. This sets the stage for more complex analysis and the surfacing of potential quick hits and other improvements. One-on-one coaching ensures they gain forward momentum on their projects throughout the workshop and change management planning helps to ensure the improvements stick.
